i want use my phone with 3G router inside phone , but i use it , the phone is crack , it restart , which App can support it or fix it ?

From my understandings , you want to use it as a WiFi tether correct ? if so Barnacle WiFi tether app is your friend . Search the market for it .

Barnacle WiFi tether works great! Or another one.
Use market for this.
