Since this is official firmware...would we able to downgrade back to HC?

This has been tested sucessfully. I was able to root the A100 with the same method ZeroNull posted about in the other thread. I'm not planning to downgrade back to HC since this new stock ROM is really smooth... I even tested Angry Birds and it worked fine (I encountered touchscreen problems with the leaks). So far so good!

Just updated and can confirm root working. Another thing is that they fixed the multitouch problems with games, Temple Run works perfectly now.

EDIT: Its way smoother and faster then the leaks we had. And settings in Chrome Browser actually works and doesn't give you a force close anymore.

So should only flash this through the stock recovery? Or can it be flashed through CWM?

I'm not quite sure this is the final product version.... I noticed it froze up on my A100 today while playing angry birds, and plus the missing ring and the RC3 in the build number...
