How did you get 256mb ram? its real or a bug due to early dev stage?

Uhm, the X10 Mini does in fact have 256MB RAM memory, but only about half that as ROM memory. The ROM memory is what we call the internal memory; the memory on which apps install.

We couldn't before, because it was strictly for ARM7 devices and the sources were locked. Now, however, MIUI has gone open-source.
Paul_xxx is currently porting this to the U20i.

Hmm, my x10 mini have only ~215mb RAM and it shows ~180 on android (the rest maybe is used by the kernel), I dont really care about the rom, and I dont ask about it. But if you look on the above screenshots you will see that the system shows 256mb of RAM, and thats the reason that i ask about it...
