i mean its vibrating and vibrating all the time during bootanimation but its stuck on it

Do it again. Alfs kernel got stuck at first attempt to flash the rom.
Flash the rom again with the instruction

Well that is strange coz I actually did the same but didnt happened to me. The only thing is I was in alf8a no cap. I will try to test alf 6 if the rumor on smoothness is true.

Checklist:
1. Make sure you download the file completely.
2. Do wipe before and after flashing.
3. bootload will take a few minutes on first boot.

I think it randomly
I got that stuck, too. But after 2nd It work like a charm :x

No. The theme has never worked.

after a few minutes it is looping on boot animation and it started to vibrate a little but repeatedly and afterwards the boot animation is gone and nothing display on the screen
