So I think a couple other people have touched on this issue, but I can add a little info to it...
I have been losing my wifi connection every time my phone idles.
It is a school wifi: it has no security, but requires you to login to the system by launching the browser, being redirected, and entering username/password
(not sure what this type of security is called...)
If I turn off/on the wifi, it connects right back up.
Its a known bug. I don't know of a work around. If there is a fix then someone please chime in.

No not at all. They both work great. Its just regular Odin will increase the Odin count and trigger the yellow triangle. Of course that can be cleared with a usb jig. So they both work great.

Odin count increases when you use it to do things, Go into Odin/Download mode and it will show you odin counts, service techs can see this count. The yellow triangle is preasent on the first sceen of a reboot or boot, just means your warranty is voided , its just annoying really.

But you can just clear that if you unroot right?
And to avoid the yellow triangle when booting use mobile odin? I mean, I don't really want to pay $5 to get it so I might just roll with regular odin anyways...

You dont have to unroot go to the op there is a post on how to remove the yellow triangle.
Mobile Odin is well worth the 4.00 no computer needed plus the Odin count wont go up. Its just so much easier to use

Does the count mean anything other than the techs can see it.. like is there a limit.. cause I'm at 13 I think...
