Its a known bug. I don't know of a work around. If there is a fix then someone please chime in.

Odin count increases when you use it to do things, Go into Odin/Download mode and it will show you odin counts, service techs can see this count. The yellow triangle is preasent on the first sceen of a reboot or boot, just means your warranty is voided , its just annoying really.

But you can just clear that if you unroot right?

And to avoid the yellow triangle when booting use mobile odin? I mean, I don't really want to pay $5 to get it so I might just roll with regular odin anyways...

You dont have to unroot go to the op there is a post on how to remove the yellow triangle.

Mobile Odin is well worth the 4.00 no computer needed plus the Odin count wont go up. Its just so much easier to use

I dont think so really, just they know you used odin maybe. A jig resets or stops the count I believe. Im right there with ya (12)

Yes. But it does nothing with the count. See above.
