I just downloaded temple run and google play isn't FCying.

Well... I can't install any apps via the page. Google says, I wouldn't own a phone/didn't register a phone. To do that, I have to open Play on my phone, but, inb4 "you don't say?": I did it already.

You can try to copy the Phone.apk from older version and then flash. You will see if it help.
