[Q] Samsung service/repair

I sent my i9000 away for repair a few days ago after the screen broke inside (the outside is fine). All that Samsung have posted on the service track thing on the website is "Acknowledge(ASC)". What do they mean by this?

Also, I'm wondering how long it will take for them to sort it out. Do they post any more specific messages than the one above?
