if you want to avoid this problem next time you flash a new rom try 4ext recovery touch. I love it

+1, 4ext makes the recovery screen seem like it's part of your phone, completely touch and looks better too.

I think you can customise it too.

can you please tell me if there are any bugs detected and if all is working fine?
And what about 3D? also working?

battery drain, over 6h and my battery get out, in there i dont do anything with it

That's because Deep Sleep isn't working. Try the latest AOKP and CM9 builds of mdeejay, it should be fixed.
