At the start of the flash process did you add the incognito then let it provision then grab both user profiles ? Did you write both profiles correctly and set profile 1 to active?

I have re wrote both profiles more than once and made sure they were right... But what part do u mean by let the incognito provision?

And how do I make sure prof 1 is active?

and the provisioning would happen after first adding the incognito....sometimes it can take a couple hours....basically "In telecommunication, provisioning is the process of preparing and equipping a network to allow it to provide (new) services to its users"
the 3g provisioning is what takes time.

My guess, I stress the "Guess" part, would be shut off evo+pull battery then power up sanyo and http://support.sprint.com/support/ar...NAV=SU:DP:HDIB

so i "re-provisioned" my incognito i have working talk text and data... im not sure if its 1x or 3g

also for prof 1.. how many digits is the aaa password 6 digits or 12 the 6 more after as well? and do i put it in hex or text?

I am also stuck on 1x data and can't get 3g at all, if anyone would be willing to help it would be greatly appreciated.

This may not be what you want to hear but, with so many variables on what may or may not have been done, your best bet for success would be to go back to the beginning.
pull the battery from you 3VO and fire up your incognito. Make sure you are pulling 3G. Then wait a few hours anyway (good opportunity to reread your steps) then redo your 3VO. It is very easy to move too fast and start doing your 3VO before your incognito has finished all provisioning.
