this is my first post on xda.
Since I'm not allowed to post to the Android Development Section just yet, maybe a moderator can move my thread to the right section or merge it with the corresponding thread.

This is a fast mirror for Option B (see below)

It will be valid until March 9, 2012:

US:

ICS: FULL version CWM flashable, which gets you US-9.2.1.11 rooted, no mather what version / rom / region you came from:

You need:
CWM installed
In option A: Rom US 8.6.5.21
Option B has no Rom requirements. You just need CWM.

Notes:
-This is US version, but everyone can flash it and it works properly. Only difference with TW WW versions is spell correction languages available (and I believe wifi channel 13 not available, but shouldn't be a problem)

Process for B:
-Boot into CWM
-WIPE data
-WIPE dalvik cache
-Install downloaded zip

Feel free to point out any mistakes I made. Just wanted to make it clear and simple for users looking for this rom.
