Step 1: Flash a kernel
To do this you must have a fastboot folder and a things needed in it. You can easily search for the download on Google. Once you open the file you will see things like fastboot.exe or something like that. Put in the kernel you download and rename it to boot.img. Next hold shift and right click the background of the fastboot folder. Select open command prompt here. Now connect your phone in fastboot mode (hold menu key while connecting your phone that is off to your computer). Now in the command prompt, type "fastboot flash boot boot.img". Then "fastboot reboot". Disconnect.

2. Flash the Rom. Now go download the Rom and put it on your desktop. Go in CWM mode (keep tapping on the back key when Sony logo comes on) and then mount and select mount SDCard. Connect phone to computer. Put the Rom file into the SDCard. Unmount. Go back and wipe all data, then wipe cache then in advance wipe dalvik cache. Then install the Rom. Just select the Rom on your phone. Next in Aroma installer, just select custom installation. Choose phone model and continue. Leave out the advance option and flash. Reboot and there you go.

Nice Rom,
AROMA Installer is also cool feature,
but the rom itself is as laggy/slow as the stock 4.1.A.0.562 NCB Generic,

Also GPU rendering is not that good as it was in GB,
But that's because of ICS......

I am looking forward to the developments of this rom

The most laggiest for me is browser even with flash off and only with one window opened. Home is sometimes closing after using browser.
