You could always just fastboot boot zimage. WiFi stuff will be broken but at least you will see if it will boot or not

Wow! That sucks! Well, so far so good, it's compiling fine with no errors, so far... I don't own an evo view, I'm sure this kernel would work on my shift but I'm not feeling that ballsy today... Once it's done, I'll post a link to the zImage. If I can get my hands on a h.c. boot.img, I'll get a flashable kernel posted. Bone stock nothing added, we need to test if it boots before we start adding cool $hit.

Things could be heating up for the view again!

Jmz, I just found your h.c. rom for the view, I'm gonna download that and pull out the boot.img, extract the ramdisk using splitboot, and repackage the ramdisk and new zImage using splitboot creating a flashable boot.img... Shouldnt be too long, the kernel is almost done compiling...
