U have to do it via abyss kernel 3.9 (redpill)
and it nothing stuck !

1. Copied asop ICSV v1 and v2 and abyss kernel file to Internal SD Card
2. Booted in CWM Recovery
3. Install from SD Card abys kernel 3.9
4.go to advenced and chose boot recovery
4a.install AOSP v1 ICS after that
5.install AOSP v2 ICS
6.instal button fix
7.cache dalvik and cache
8 boot system now

ha was about to post a corrected vold.fstab for the v1 to mount the ext_sdcard but you beat me too it with v2

3mp camera is down to the app by the looks of things, maybe tweak that overlay?

using lgcamerapro (there's a free version on market) I can take snaps at 8mp

superb work so far imilka

EDIT vold.fstab still looks wrong to me.. are you sure ext_sdcard is working?

vold.fstab should look like

# internal sdcard
dev_mount internal /mnt/sdcard 11 /devices/platform/s3c-mshci.0/mmc_host/mmc0/mmc0

# external sdcard
dev_mount sdcard /mnt/external_sd auto /devices/platform/s3c-sdhci.2/mmc_host/mmc1

do you also need to set up a second mount point for the ext sd in the init. board rc ?

I'm mounting it manually, not via vold.fstab... Could you share your file with me?

If this won't work, try to download zip again and reupload, maybe it's corrupted.

Or you can just wait for user reports - maybe it's my fault

the assignment for the secondary in the init will need to be whatever you have in the overlay for the settings/storage btw

so either ALT_STORAGE or SECONDARY_STORAGE or SECONDARY_ALT_STORAGE
or something :P

One more thing I read a post back saying to flash abyss kernel n den upgrading it to v2 from v1 is it safe n will d root be still intact??
N can we use abyss 4.1 or we have to use 3.9 only
