cheesecake application

We need a cheesecake application like the bionic so we can search for XML files. I'm not able to make it but I'm sure someone is.

We do have a Cheesecake app...but I would stay far away from it. Especially since we have no fastboot files, and even more especially because the cheesecake updates may have no possible return to normal...

I want the cheesecake application to look for XML files on it. I would never apply an update without a developer's blessing as I don't want to be stuck.
