cant see the weather widget and i tried to set widget clock but gives me like this"if you want to use this widget need a widget picker"

Well I've been on v8.2 since it came out, flashed doom kernel the other day and account loss showed it's face today, all contacts gone, facebook and gmail syncs disappeared and the phone was running like a bag of hammers

I restored contacts and resynced fb+ gmail and it's running smooth again

The only thing I did different was, due to a day off work I powered my phone off and charged it fully. When I turned it back on they were gone, iv restored them now like I said and rebooted a few times and powered off a few times also and cannot recreate, installed logcat again incase it happens again then I can let you have a look
