Oh! Google Chrome doesn't work for some reason. Installs just fine, but then an error message pops up and says "google chrome only supports android 4.0 and above." We are running 4.0.3 with this rom though, so I don't get it.
Yes don't update google chrome to the latest update. It ****s it up. Luckily enough, I was able to un install the update

I never even had the older version of chrome. Do you happen to have the apk that works?

Is hardware acceleration in this rom? Reason I ask is because some apps don't scroll smooth like they did in the Sony ics beta.

I posted this in the official ICS thread, but I'll post it here again for those of you that want the latest chrome beta:

Quote:
Here is how I fixed it: Back up your build.prop, and find the line for ro.build.id and change the value to IML74K. Reboot. Enjoy new Chrome update.

I haven't found that the change breaks anything.
Also, scrolling in chrome is noticeably faster in this ROM compared to the official beta.

It's good to see you here, zdzihu. You were awesome back during my X10 times.

Anyways, I'm currently downloading it and will report once I've tested it. Let's hope this one doesn't have the WiFi problem I get with the official beta.

EDIT: WiFi is still kinda buggy. It stays connected fine but times out too often (doesn't respond; net stays idle).

If I don't reply to your PM, it simply means that I've nothing useful to say.
Looking for a nice gapps package for your favorite 4.2 ROM? Well, check this out.
