Is it possible to flash new rom over previous one(like nand android phone roms updating )without having to restore apps,data or making up again wallpapers or costumizing initial screens????(Its time consuming making this in every update)...Also by sayibg in R12 quick gps fix..Do you mean a permanent solution or the solution(file at data/gps) that had been given the past days from this forum????Thanks

good job! as always

but I'm having a problem with the GPS, as most ROMS
I tried to edit the gps.conf here, but is not working out ... After about 10 minutes I had not any fixed satellite.
I think this has to do with my region, or am I wrong?

can anyone help me?

Search, or just reading, is your friend. Civato recommends a full wipe. You can try just flashing above a previous version, but not optimal.

I have been getting the double Acer logo since you have had the boot.img fixes available. In fact, that is how I would know if I was going to have SODs or not. Scrambled boot animation = SOD, double Acer logo = no SOD. Hopefully now I won't have to flash the boot.img fix...

Hey CIV
just flash your R12 and it's perfect, fast smooth no bugs for the moment
I do a full and complete wipe and I'm installing again all my apps because it's not automatic but market work's so that's essential

I tried flashing over r11 but I got a lot of root access errors. Wiped and fresh install of r12 and no problems. Just fyi to those that want to flash over.

I've had this issue for a few revisions now, but Civ has not experienced it. I just routinely delete them w/ES but would also like the script if willing to share..

Very simple script. Smanager has an add on in the market, excuse me - "play store") to make scripts into widgets.

#!/system/bin/sh
rm /mnt/sdcard/mimetempfile*
exit

SManager will let you trigger it several ways. I just have mine set to run on boot. I haven"t seen any bad effects from using it yet.
