Stuck after firmware update

Hi.
I had locked bootloader and CWM installed.
Made backup, installed Team Xperia/SE.TWEAKED| V1.0 and phone stuck on Sony Ericsson logo.

I recover it with SE Companion, now I have firmware 4.0.2.A.0.62.
I can not root it with DooMLoRD's Easy rooting toolkit, so no progress with CWM, nothing.
What can I do to have root, CWM?

Never had problems with flashing my Sensation, NEO V is giving me headache.
