I received my replacement S-Pen this morning and it works perfectly. No ghost clicks or lines. It was a a bit of hassle being I had to mail in my defective s-pen before they would send me a new one, but overall I'm satisfied with Samsung's customer support.

Mine had this problem. Samsung replaced the pen and I still had the problem. I recently took off my screen protector, but at the same time installed the hybrid rc3... One of these fixed it.

Hmmm. I have this too! I find it to be a major issue because it hits the enter key. There are a lot of times when that hurts me typing things on the web. I think all users should get hassel free s pen replacements for a more shielded one. Why bother sending the old ones back.

Bought my black/blue Note about a month ago (Bell Canada/ATT version) and I cannot get this to happen at any angle.

This is happening for my Black Note. The strange thing is, My girlfriend has a white one and doesn't have the problem with hers. I even user her S pen on my black note and the problem was gone but my black s pen causes this issue on both mine and her notes. So I'm thinking it's the s pen and not the note itself since my one pen messes with both our notes but the white one has no issues. I've ordered a second s pen off amazon. Will see if the problem exists with it.

Maybe you should try less violent demagnetizer like a degausser or bulk tape eraser or ???. You may be doing something mechanical(some people say simply disassembly and assembly of the pen fixes it)

I've never experience any issues with my Note I guess I got lucky.

I did experience an sort of issue where I cannot access my files on to my computer or use Samsung Kies when I plug in my USB cable it didn't show up on my computer

Simple fix I just had to reboot my phone and it work fine again

I have this problem, and it's quite bad. Most noticable when leaning back or lying down and holding the phone with the screen facing the ground, pen pointing upwards. It clicks and draws all over the place. I tried contacting samsung via live chat at samsung.com to ask about a replacement, but the person there said I have to contact the reseller. Which is the complete opposite of everthing I've read about this. I tried turning the potmeter inside the pen, but it made no difference. Will try the alu foil tape when I get my hands on some. Hope that fixes it.

I have had a similar issue except it happened on the whole screen. I called it hovering and it made it very difficult to use the stylus. This is how I fix it.

Before you you remove the tape backing you need to move it around while trying to use it and see where you need to place the tape. I hope this helps and works for you.
