does it work for stock rom JVKP3 and rooted with amit.bagaria 's kernel?

i flashed it via cwm and i can see all files on folders but it does not work. when i press home button i just can see the list of launchers that i currently use but not this new launcher

check use default by his action then choose sony launcher.

Pretty good launcher.. but where can you find themes for the launcher?

Heres what you do

1: download the file from the first page
2: when finished downloading, move it to any folder in your sd card.
3:boot to recovery (cwm) then goto install from sd card.
4: find the file then tap it. thenwait for it to finish.
5: clear dalvic cache then reboot.
6:clear defaults from settings/applications/manage app./current launcher.

Then your done

other way you can do is extract the downloaded file, look for the apk and move it to system/app folder ( using root explorer) then reboot.

Im not sure if you have checked, but is there enough memory in your system/App folder ? Coz i tried to install it too. But the first attempt it didnt happen. Found out that i had just 1Mb space in there. Cleared some apps and flashed it again. Voila it worked.
