first one, without recovery.
I dont need recovery very often, so when i need it i can hot boot.
Line in graph shows when I changed kernel.

Yup, what version of night elf kernel?

As far as I can see its not always, sometimes I lose 4% of battery in half an hour, and then stays normal, and then start to lose very percentage of battery and stays normal again.

Kernel: Stock with TWRP v2.4.3.0

i'm on an other ICS rom and have a little problem. if i try to set a birthday in my contacts the contacts get FC. can some one check this please in this rom?

You can't add birthday to contacts I think, you can only add them iin calendar
