Thanks man for your effort on this. But i am unable to install this. The reason m not sure. I am using cm 9 xperia arc with bravia and xloud. it has the inbuilt trebuchet which actually doesnot offer the same haptic feedback and visual treat offered by xperia arc launcher. I want to install the ones you are offering. i tried one of the launchers from your post but i guess it wont work as the cm9 build (124 to be specific) doesnot use home.apk under system menu in the internal storage. can you tell me how to install these. Thanks

It is easier if you ask modder of your Home.apk to adjust one value, then for me to create it from ground up.
No 5 rows on desktop (for ICS) here until Xperia S ICS keyb is available.
