Big problems with screen

Firstly screen started to flicker as in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhNmt-CKuYY but not so hard and not when touching it. Now the light has gone... It turns on sometimes, but very rare and just for a second... What could be wrong with it? What part of it could be broken or faulty? Mainboard? LCD?
