What browser is everyone using on this device? I notice the stock one is very smooth but I can't find desktop mode. I usually use dolphin but it's laggy as hell on my device.

Any recommendations?

Also, what launchers are you running?

about:useragent for desktop mode

And Go Launcher EX at 5x5 icons.

I'm using Dolphin HD(runs fine for me), since it supports the lastpass extension. Dolphin has an extention to switch to desktop browsing mode on the fly:

As for launchers, I use go launcher ex (free) and has plenty of themes.
