EDIT - Sent via pm. I ask that people please not mirror the ROM, as it's not final yet, and I don't want it to be distributed by anyone else just yet. I have the final flashing now, an gonna test and should be up on Sunday night NY time.

Thanks, grabbing it at full download speed.

EDIT:

Installed, initiall installation didnt wipe anything.. I had to manually perform a factory reset and perform reinstallation again. So Im guessing RC2 has no proper wipe script.. this could be the reason why some users are encountering issues.

I checked your build.prop and i just want to confirm that your not forcing the launcher into the memory , correct?

Just to let you know that i have tried your RC2 on the Thailand version
P6800DXLB3 and is working just fine without any FC`s , so it works well with both P6800ZSLA2 & P6800DXLB3.

The script does not wipe data entirely, no, as that also wipes internal storage on this device. It wipes system, cache, dalvik cache and many other artifacts of data that do not affect user data. The script is not the issue, it is the way the kernel is being flashed. I'm releasing RC 3 which fixes this.

Yes, it does force home into memory. please read build.prop more carefully, at the end you will see the value:

#Force launcher into memory
ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1

Yes, working on an alpha now...it's ICS. Will create new thread for collaboration once I have a basic booting alpha.

The RC3 Link is up in the OP. I changed the way the kernel is flashed to the kernel partition, so it should be more compatible coming from other firmware. I also fixed the disappearing app drawer background, plus some more stuff. See changelog.

What`s your recommendations for updating from RC2, a factory reset wipe or just cache & delvick ?

(IMO)we can install this ROM through mobile Odin too right??its much better because it does not increase the binary counter..
