okay peeps now i have 2 testers for any costum rom and that is: emannxperia & livesourav now i need a rom creator and a kernel creator, so who want it ?
and who knows a name for a group ?

hm i dont know mate but maybe you should try flash to 0.1 first but thats my advice, i dont no further because i using the stock android 2.3.4 from SE tweaked with buildnr 62 baseband 64 rooted with cwm

maybe you should flash stock first. (clean install) then flash the rom then the kernel.

are you on unlocked bl?
go back to locked bl and then use the stockrom from SE
and use the xtrax noob guide in my sig to get rooted 62 and then wait til the finla release of ICS.
its just a sugget

Use night elf kernel ,full wipe, reflash ,
leave phone for 3 mins with black screen
Don't pull baterry if screen goes black

It will boot
