Help with weather APP please

Hi everyone ,
I cant change the update frequency on my htc weather app please help me . I tried to remove and put it back and onchecked everything but still nothing

Open the weather app, go to settings and then select update schedule.

I already tried that but the options are disable :banghead:

Have you got auto-sync turned on or any power saver option.

If you have auto-sync on it should no longer be blacked out.
