*how about on lazy, screen off set max frequency on or off?

The 100MHz frequency slows down processes so much it can keep the phone awake. 200MHz won't use more current when the phone is asleep. The screen off max freq. stuff is related to deep idle in the kernel, and is still buggy. Best leave that alone for now.

Are Class 6 SD cards required for AOKP, or are some people having luck with the original Class 2 16GB cards?

I'm using a class 4 8GB FWIW. I've heard of some having success with the stock card, and some that it didn't work for.

I've had the stock 16gb since pre CM7 days with no issue.

the only reason class 6 cards are recomended is because nobody im aware of has experienced a failure with one. i have seen folks report having "cant mount" or " sd card damaged" issues on both class 2 or 4 sd cards. try yours and see if it will run mtd roms, if it gives you trouble, buy a class 6!

Funny thing been happening lately guys. Every time I hand my phone to somebody for them to check out ics they start getting FCs as soon as they turn screen on. Been running M4 since its release with no problems whatsoever, I mean it is rock solid and everything but compass works great. I know its not rom related I just think it is hilarious, I mean it happens every single time! They all can't be doing the same thing to cause it, that would be a hell of a coincidence. Maybe my phone just hates everyone but me. My jealous lover (not literally of course)."
