[ROM][PORT][4.0.3 - XXLPH] Galaxy S II's ICS Firmware [Pre-Alpha v3][04-3-12]

This is a full ROM Port based on Official Samsung Galaxy S II ICS ROM - XXLPH. It is based on swamp goblin's port for Nexus S 4G! Thanks to him!

THIS ROM IS NOT A DAILY DRIVER YET. THIS IS A PRE-ALPHA BUILD AND IS FOR DEV PURPOSE ONLY. PLEASE REPORT BUGS IN THE TOPIC ONLY. DON'T SEND ME PM MESSAGES ABOUT BUGS AND FEATURE REQUESTS.

Q: Is this a real port of the firmware or just ported apps? A: This is a real port of Samsung Galaxy S II's leaked ICS firmware.
Q: Some stuff is broken/doesn't work? A: As stated in the topic this build is still in Alpha stage.
Q: After Installing your ROM I'm getting bootloops/boot issues? A: Do the following steps:
Take out the battery
Put the battery back in
Get into Recovery
Wipe Everything
Flash my ROM
Done!
Q: I want to make sure nothing of my previous ROM interferes with my new ROM what should i do A: Completely wipe your internal SD Card or delete any Android related stuff from it and disable any lagfix. Then do a full wipe from ClockworkMod recovery then install the ROM.
Q: I'm coming from a different ROM how can i install this ROM ? A: Follow the steps below
Disable any lagfixes
Get into the CWM recovery
Wipe Data/factory reset
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik-Cache
Wipe Battery Stats
Wipe Data/factory reset
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik-Cache
Wipe Battery Stats
Install the wipe version of this ROM
