Or is it for s-off tool as well? Will they come for same time?Because the tool is what ->I<- am really exspecting. U know I am insecure because the thread with Jupuonutbear is closed.

Correct. Juopunutbear is a exploit to s-off devices, not to unbrick them

if i used HTCdev tool, am i then rooted, because juopunutbear sais that my device is not rooted yet
