i just came from DK 5.5 and i must say a big improvment in overall smoothness and respond time, dont know what u done guys but i like how my phone behave right now thanks for all that make it happen

It wasn't ever a "bug". That commit is a CM9 commit kang'd by AOKP if that is what you are asking. There wasn't a clean way to theme those parts when T-Mobile built the theme manager. A CM dev has found a way, albeit a hacky way, that we hope will work well.

good! As i have holidays, will try build aokp from source again soon, hope this time syncing goes fine and building process also.

After taking a wipe and install all stood on bootlogo and an end. no response

^^^^Same here, flashed B36 with a full wipe and doesn't boot.
