[Q] Quantum Connection issues?

Member - OP Thanks Meter 3 Posts: 53 Join Date: Jun 2010 Location: Dallas, TX More Info >	[Q] Quantum Connection issues? i just got a quantum for work, when i plug it in via the micro usb cable it recognized it, installed drivers and all looks good under device manager. the issue i get is when i try to plug the phone in to update it via zune, i get a "connection error" please unplug, restart the device and try again. i've tried different computers (both running 7x64) different usb cables, even did a factory reset on the phone to no avail. anyone have any idea?
