CWM recovery is already available...

u need to unlock bootloader for it though...

Yes I know you need to unlock the bootloader but am I right in thinking that on the Xperia 10 that you could bypass the bootloader to install CWM and then install whatever ROM you wanted.....this meathod was used untill the bootloader was hacked, I may be wrong?

for all that the primary requirement is that we should be able to get root on LOCKED bootloader... which, at the moment, there is NO WAY getting...

Sorry if it has been asked before but, when will it/will it ever be possible to unlock the bootloader and root your phone without wiping the /data partition?

Still no root option for ICS? current methods work only to GB right? or have i missed something
