You can edit the title, and add GSM because this is not the same leak we have already had.

And what do you say by "The fastboot files seem to be unlock the bootloader first" ?

Where do these Fastboot files come from?

I figured out the Chinese (Han) download website... 2 hours left.

If not fastboot how will it work?

File cant use in lock bootloader mode.
Had to wait Moto Unlock the bootloader then might use.

Probably an update.zip for Moto recovery (what means you have to be on a certain base rom) or a zip for bootstrap...

Mh...AFAIK there are not GSM RAZR DEV editions out now...so who could use this fastboot file then?

more than one hour left...how did you find the files?

I already have the [cdma] file downloaded, I'm not flashing it, but I downloaded it just for future use if it's good... but being that it's already downloaded. I may be able to push it to someone's ftp if they want.
