Old firmware users who want to use ICS use the Patch provided below Thanks to NilsP.

Also S-On users if you already using ICS then you don't need to flash a kernel. GB users moving to
ICS will need to flash the ICS kernel, which I will provide shortly.

The ODEX version is cool if you like the stock look (which I do) and want an ODEX ROM.

See SirGatez thread for additional information on getting Tether to work.

Also note if you have issues with Google Play go into apps and clear its data.

Yea, I think I'm going to swap out the kernel next time though. Chad Goodmans seems a lot smoother.

I have to admit it took me a min. to figure out how to flash a kernel. On the EVO3D it all flashes at once. I couldn't figure out why it would boot into the bootloader after flashing. Now it all makes sense.
