1. Root your Device and Get Recovery - Use one of these tutorials: Vertigo or Shingers5.
2. Complete Wipe through CWM or Flash BinDroid Total Wipe.
3. In CWM, Wipe Data, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik and Battery Stats.
4. Install .zip file, reboot and hopefully enjoy.


Updating
Even with updates I would prefer a full wipe and install. This way I can ascertain if fixes are actually working for everyone

Not Rooted?
Shouldn't be an issue now as I updated it but if not, go to Superuser. Select menu and then preferences, scroll to update binary. That will sort it

ICS Keyboard Force Closing?
Shouldn't be an issue. Did you do a full wipe when installing?

Don't like the Battery?
If you don't enjoy the Battery MOD scroll to the 2nd post where I instruct you how to do change it.

How to Change Battery Icon

• Extract framework-res.apk from the ROM's zip.
• Got to UOT Kitchen.
• Select the Battery Option.
• Play around with which ones you want (generate previews so you can see it working).
• Once you have decided, select 'File Upload'.
• On the right hand side, select 'upload system files'.
• Upload your framework-res.apk.
• Go to 'Summary' and scroll down to 'Submit'.
• Go to pickup and wait.
• Move to phone, then reboot into CWM and flash.

This rom has got my seal of approval lol. The rom is very good and there shouldn't be any major issues if any at all. Use it and abuse it then report with tact so Ben can update it as needed. Please don't ask to add this or that as no chef can cater to everyone's desires. XL forum is picking up and I for one am very excited. We have some exciting new talent here with cb.de, vertigo, minecraft and Ben along with our seasoned vets Danny, coredroid and cappy. Should be an exciting forum now as these new guys can only get better
