Well, you could use GO Locker with a sense lockscreen, or magiclocker with Sense lockscreen (free), since the sense 3 lockscreen looks the same as sense 4 you shouldn't have problems.

A good Sense 4 CM7 theme i haven't seen yet though.

Added a link to the NTsense CM7 theme, but I still recommend using the ICS theme.
I am now using CM9 so don't expect new theme guides soon, though I will update my guides somewhat every month.

I have been using this theme only for my statusbar,and it looks GREAT!
