Default ICS Launcher

I applied the ICS Launcher from Team Sydicate today from android market.
I really like the ICS-like experience. Has anyone else used this? I am rooted on 2.3.6, but no ADW or GO stuff. Can anyone give me feedback on why this would be better/worse than using ADW or GO, then downloading an ICS theme?
I appreciate any feedback.

In my experience it's really laggy.

Thought I might give this a try, but Avast picked it up as a "Potentially Unwanted Program" (PUP), so I'm not sure if I should continue to try it out or not!

I use Lookout, it scanned ok. BTW, I have not experienced any lag as of yet...but I do not have a lot of stuff running.

The app is fine safety-wise. I too find it laggy and just not really complete. I think you would get a better experience out of using a GO or ADW theme.
