There is a part in the logcat talking about a channel that is unrecoverably broken... seems 1 of the fc's, power outage or something else left a file half written in your system.
Try performing a factory reset (which will wipe all userdata and give you a clean system)
if this doesn't work and you've had your phone unlocked reflash the system, boot and recovery again (using fastboot) (how to do that is explained here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1391881 )
If you have not tempered wit the system in any way (not rooted, no custom roms and no custom recovery) send it back to the store and get it fixed under warranty. When you can't or don't want to contact your seller proceed with reflashing your system at your own risk.
