First root your device, (many ways, just search) , then install clockworkmod, then install a rom (follow insttuctions in the rom thread.)

Warning

Whatever you do, don't download rom manager to install clockworkmod. Use the recoveries here on XDA or else your device will never boot again. I learned it the hard way
