Half-Bricked Dev Unlocked Arrive

Hi,
I've got a dev-unlocked arrive, but half bricked. is there a way to flash the SPL so that I get HSPL back?
Possibly with cabsend?

Got it working!

installed the SPL, got HSPL, now just waiting on the rapidshare download of ansar's rom to finish! 4 HOURS LEFT?!?!
