I think I must have missed removing the TMOCamera.apk the first time I tried it... that's probably why it didn't work for me... I assumed the apk names were the same...

Is there a simple way to revert back to stock camera? And if so, how?

I don't know if I'm diong it wrong, but when a flash 1.5 version for 4.0 Sense and then boot up, then in camera settings I can set only 720p. There isn't 1080p to choose.
What should I do to get 1080p, please?

for both of you ...to get back to stock or remove this mod
the simple way (no data loss) is to flash the current rom again ...not wiping a single thing ..just wipe cache + dalvik ...this way your mod will be removed and also ...the other mods..you've installed after flashing the rom (the only drawback ..nevertheless you can flash what ever mods you want again)

This MOD will NOT work for the new based 4.0 ROMs coming out . The developer of this one said he is busy right now, but if given the time will look into making an updated version for the new 4.0 ones ...personally i cant wait because i have been staying on 3.6 to use this ...the video @ 40 is awesome .

+1 hope he updates! New sense 4 camera is so blurry!

But i see my 1080p videoclips get alot bigger sice now, and pictures are over double size, so it fixed something with compression

Omg, what shal i do now to undo....

Reflash the ROM, clear dalvik and cache ?
