Default [Q] failed downloads?

Anyone else getting having downloads failing multiple times? If I continually click retry it eventually works, but is extremely annoying. It's there any fixes if it is a known issue?

I have this problem and it has me STEAMING!! i have tried stock 4.0.2 and a bunch of roms, bunches of kernels and basebands and i can shake this problem, OMG i want to throw this unsubsidized uninsured phone into my BUTT! I can cache my slacker stations (3.99 a month wasted) and all my games that required additional downloads wont DL either ($234,645,233 wasted) and transferring my google music to offline takes a million tries, i am going to try every other rom today to make sure but for the life of me i dont know what to do, i might get a note or ride my atrix a little bit more until some quad cores tickle me, you know for being a android fanboy i am pretty peeved at this nexus, i dont need the best specs, i want the best software, my atrix still is so relevant in todays market, i feel like screaming, but not enough to get an iphone, i mean, i would live with it if i must

as far as what i have done, i clear my download manager a million times a day and also keep my screen on (sometimes i swear it helps) but i constantly lose connection quickly for short bursts.

Clearing cache doesn't work. There are other more detailed threads about this, none with a solution other than I saw a few people reported having luck with CM9.
