Go to AeonWorld's thread and do as what he said. I have managed to integrate some of my mod into his. Warning: This mod will DEODEX your ROM so just to keep you informed. I can't manage to keep it odexed because the system partition is very tight, so it makes it harder to do odexing with correct license.

This Project is ongoing, but in the meantime you can enjoy the Quick Panel Setting (sans unusable Network Mode Button) Next update will enable NetworkModeButton to live

one thing that make me back to gingger from ICS....when we open others music player like powerAmp,etc, the player its off when the screen its off. only semc music player can play when screen its off, and semc music for ICS Beta not so good(i guess)...in UI or in its sound. that something in framework-res.apk or else.
