Default Smooth loading circles and animated rotate transition?

Hey guys, is there anyway we can get these things on a sense 3.0 Rom? Ics has them, and sense 3.5 has the animated transition, thanks

Yes. They have the smooth loading circle and transitions that you can make as flash able zips.
You have to upload the system ui, faramewok-res and HTC resource files from the rom you have now.
