Yeah, but I mean I don't know it I accidentally clicked the "yes, I agree" button, there probably isn't a confirmation prompt and it says "by pressing the yes I agree button blabla..."

So how will I know if I "signed their contract" for their automatically renewing weekly subscription?

It just breaks the whole website, because it keeps coming up automatically and you can't go back as you said.

Ask your provider. For example, if you have vodafone like me, you can go to their website, log in to "Mein Vodafone" and there go to "Abos und Käufe". There you find active "Abos" and can cancel them. You can also (and I would advise you to) block "mobiles Bezahlen". After doing that it takes 2-3 days until nothing can happen anymore. I think most of the other carriers have similar options.

I get the same thing too using 3G. Also in Germany. It's at times like this that I wish AdBlock was available for the android stock browser. I thought I had spyware.
Devices:
LG U8110 -> SE K800i -> Xperia X1i (WM6.5/ self-customized Froyo SD build) -> SE Live with Walkman (currently on stock 2.3.4 ROM)

Same problem here, Provider: Congstar (Germany, Telekom) … and it seems to happen only when browsing via mobile network (where mobile payment might actually be possible), not via WiFi.

Google Nexus 10: Android 4.2.2, JDQ39
Google Nexus One: Evervolv 3.2.0 Nightly

Accessories: Novero Tour, SonyEricsson MBW-150 Classic Update, SonyEricsson LiveView

Yeah, I use LIDL Mobile (which actually is Fonic, which actually uses the O2 Network).

I've contacted the fonic customer service and asked them if they allow the possibility
to disable "mobiles Bezahlen" or do activate a "Drittanbietersperre" (blocking of third parties).

I can disable 0900 numbers in my online customer's settings (which costs 10€), but there's nothing to choose about blocking mobile payments.

This is for sure Android related have few friends with Galaxy Nexus phones all had the same issues with some resorting not to use the phones at work due to this issue, because sometimes porn related material might pop up. None with a WP have this issue, but did get it once on my Omnia 7 after leaving Gmail on my phone browser

It's also with WiFi, I just got it and am surfing via WLAN (Unitymedia cable connection).

Of course, the UAstring is analysed and if there is an Android device (phone or tablet) it appears. That's the reason why you can avoid it by activating "show desktop version" in the browser.

When you click "ja ich bin über 18" it will ask you for your phone number and if you entered your number you'll receive a SMS from them with a confirmation code.... if you didn't go through all these steps don't worry about them taking your hard earned euros
Anyway i'm also getting redirected to this stupid site with 3G & WiFi and it doesn't matter what web page i was surfing , so i'm guessing it has nothing to do with google or your provider since its not an google ad nor a 3G related problem... could it be a MALWARE ???
