it will not create any problems rather than weakening the body of phone...
which can be strengthen by using a metal body case which is there for iphone 4s...
as it completely fit with galaxy 3...
tried the same by using it from by brother's iphone 4s...
i dont take any guarantee of it working with you...
it worked with mine...
all that is needed is proper planning of deforming the back according to battery and cover is using the metal case applicable for iphone...
as it does not interfer with the camera nad speaker position of galaxy 3...
all others do metal casings do...
