I have gone with dev-host even though I personally don't like it now I have another question to open up a github is the $7 plan the best or can someone explain what the free version is? Thanks!!!

Or you could just upload it to dropbox get a link from them to share it. Downloads from dropbox are usually faster than file sharing sites like mediafire and such.

I use dropbox. My account got disabled because of too much 'incoming traffic'...aka people visiting my account to download ROMs.
