Hey guys, this is my first job being published in XDA!

Changes and Improvements:

★ Deodexed + busybox + Root + CWM

★ kernel CF-Root KK2

★ Added CRT mod effect

★ Added battery status mod: % 1 - 100

★ All *.apk has been optmized for a better RAM utilization, "Zipaligned"

★ Removed some Samsung apps

★ Added ICS effect

★ Removed letter "h" from the clock bar which's been replaced by ":" (10h18 to 10:18)

★ Added HC-KTool APP (as a user application)

★ Added Gtalk with audio and video support

★ Several changes in Gingerbread Theme

★ Several image optimizations

★ Added Slimmer sliders ((( Thanks to sileshnair

★ Added Lidroid statusbar MOD - extended menu ((( Thanks to Lidroid

★ Added old Bootloader, so that JIG can work in order to clear the binary counter

★ Added visual changes in these APPs: FmRadio.apk, Settings.apk, SystemUI.apk, framework-res.apk

★ Lockscreen e Homescreen pictures have suffered changes

★ Removed message from Lockscreen (slide the screen to unlock)

★ Set a new standard ringtone for voice call and notifications (it's not been added new ones), go through settings/sound and display

★ Added mod: SMS\MMS-Disabling auto conversion SMS to MMS ((( Thanks to PUMa
SMS\MMS-Disabling control the number of contacts for the simultaneous sending
SMS\MMS-Increase the maximum size of send messages with 300 KB to 1 MB

★ Added Smooth Spinners Mod ((( Thanks to D.O.C

★ Transparent StatusBar (see-through)

(Make sure you have at least 50% of battery charge, for the first boot can last for four minutes, so hold on and be patient!)

Installation:

You have to be already “ROOT”.

(It's very important to do all the wipes)

1- Copy downloaded ROM zip file in root dir of sd card (internal memory)
2- Boot to “RECOVERY” – (turned off, press all together and hold them: volume UP + "Home button" + "Power button", or use your favorite way.)
3- Install zip from sdcard (Flash zip from internal sd card)
4- choose ZIP from sdcard (search the file)
5- select the zip file
6- Click on Yes
7- Wait until it's finished. Restart the device.

Looks to a good rom.
But she change the bootloader, so don't forget to prevent all the risk!
Make a big message in red to say that's dangerous!!

EDIT : and that's your first release, so why do you say that's the v1.2.14?

You're welcome. But seriously, don't forget to say that's very dangerous because you change the bootloader... That's an advice, now you can make all you want...
