[Q] never the phone turned off ??!!!

my phone is \
Android version\ 2.3.5
Baseband version \ I9100XXKI4
Kernel version 2.6.35.7-I9100jpkj2
Build number\ GINGERBREAD.JPKJ2

the problem is when I try to turn the phone off it just reboot even when I pull the battery out, then put it back it just the phone get back to work by it self.

what I did to solve the problem but did not work
- update the phone through kies form 2.3.3 to 2.3.5
- factory rest
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition

and the problem still there

no Replay ????!!!

Return the phone to service centre .

I bought the phone form UK and I from Saudi Arabia. it;s hard to do that
